NO EMBROIDERY SOUVENIR JACKET - BLACK/GOLD
The always on trend souvenir jacket is a Standard Issue favorite. The roots of the souvenir jacket, or sukajan in Japanese, can be traced back to American soldiers stationed in the Pacific theater following the end of WWII. During the post-war occupation, American troops began getting traditional Japanese designs hand-stitched onto the backs of their jackets to commemorate their time in Japan, sometimes bringing them back to the States as literal souvenirs for friends and family. Other than the detailed embroidery, this style of jacket is defined by its classic American baseball jacket cut.
